Longtime Broomfield resident June Holman passed away on February 2, 2018. She was 91.
June was preceded in death by her husband Robert R. Holman, her son Mark Holman and her brother Warren Sundseth. She is survived by her children: Robert “Chip” (Bev Storrs) Holman Jr., Sandy (David) Otting, Scott (LouAnn) Holman, Barbara (Charles) Smart, Kathy (Greg) Ewers, Deborah (Kevin) Angus, Pam (Kenton) DeBrine, Gail (Wayne) Bench-Heil, Mike (Kathlene) Holman, and George Holman; as well as sister-in-law Jean Sundseth, 36 grandchildren, 38 greatgrandchildren, and many extended family members.

June was born in Minneapolis Minnesota to Oscar and Hazel Sundseth. In 1965 June and Bob moved to the then small town of Broomfield. Their 11 children grew up and went to Broomfield schools. June was active in her Congregation at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was very involved in the construction of the LDS chapel on Main. She and her family enjoyed the mountains of Colorado with frequent trips to her mountain cabin in Grand lake. She enjoyed having a large family and would coordinate many family reunions in Minnesota and Colorado. She loved spending time with her grand children and great-grand children. She had a great and necessary sense of humor, was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
