Courtney Elizabeth Giles, of Otis, Colorado, passed away on September 16, 2018. She was 21 years old.

Courtney was born in Boulder, Colorado on March 19, 1997 to Tammy Giles (Yeckley) and Wayne Giles. She grew up in Broomfield, Colorado. She graduated from Broomfield High School in 2015.

Courtney worked at Yuma Dairy Farm, enjoying every day with her cows, as she named each and every one of them. Honey cow was her favorite.

Courtney had a passion for drawing and photography, her special eye to catch the most beautiful photos or draw the most amazing pieces of artwork. She had a love for the land and enjoyed just getting dirty. Reading and writing were Courtney's other passions. She could read a novel and enjoy turning every page while getting lost in the story. She could also write her own novel with her beautiful words and her love for the words were never forgotten.

Survived by Mother, Tammy and Step Father David Lane with her Brother Brady and step-sister Allison. Father Wayne and wife Gina, her Aunts and Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. Her Grandparents John and Cheryl Yeckley, Philip and Roxie Lane, Sheila Brewer and her boyfriend Matt Morris.
