Condolence: Jan and Family,It was always evident since I have known you that your parents were very special to you. To all of you, I am very sorry for your loss. I was not able to attend the service but my thoughts and prayers continue to be with all of you.

Condolence: Brother Homsher was a wonderful role model of a man living for Christ with his gentle spirit and avuncular warmth and good cheer. He gently encouraged me to recruit residents for Neighborhood Bible Time at the apartment I owned adjacent to Highland Baptist Church in Table Mesa Boulder. As a young Christian I was touched by Brother Homsher's goodness and sincerity and faithfulness to the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for publishing this obituary in the Boulder Camera so that I could say a prayer and again reflect on the life and ministry of this loved Christian man.

Condolence: Jan, I don't know where to begin to truly give my deepest sympathy and love. Your family took me that long ago Summer of 1970 and welcomed me with open arms. The impact your dad and mother had on my life cannot be understood by most. Even though the years and miles have been so great, my love for you and your family never diminished. When you and I pick up the phone it's like we revert back to that Summer I lived with your family. The sweet encouragement and prayers from you and your parents are a treasure to me. I know you will miss your dad but I can just picture him in heaven leading a group of children with the cheers for Bible Time. Remember I'm only a call away and that I love you dearly. Condolence: Jan: Your dad has always had a special place in my life. We loved having him visit in our home and looked forward to his at least twice a year visits for so many years. I loved being a part of Bible Time from the time I was 5-6 years old. I will never forget him making the trip back to South Carolina just for my wedding. I am praying for you and am glad Dad could come and represent our family.
